The basic recipe for any smoothie is really simple. Two cups of liquid, two cups leafy greens and three cups fruit. That’s it! Here are five recipes to get you started. The base of these smoothies is spinach and kale with water, orange juice, coconut water or almond milk. Blend the leafy greens and liquids first.
